Oh My! When I started this book I was instantly hooked. Two kids all grown up and they find themselves in an awkward situation. The story was wonderfully written. Jake is dreamy, his love for Tessa broke my heart. I'm not going to let the "Cat out of the bag", but, have tissues handy. I found myself torn with feeling sorry for Tessa, but hating her at the same time for the pain she was causing Jake. I swear if this novella didn't end like it did I would've thrown a huge temper tantrum. I cried big ugly tears in the end. Happy ones of course. I really hope that the author continues this story. I would love to read more of Jake and Tessa. The only negative from me is the length. I want more, I can't help it. I'm Greedy! Well Done Danielle. 5 Lasso Roped Stars from this reader.

The story was touching and I almost cried when they told her that she had cancer. I think people forget the power of God and love.
Really enjoyed this romance. A page turner, that I couldn't put down.
The Cowboy's Bride is an extremely well-written romance, with a plot that takes a very unexpected twist. I really enjoyed reading this book, I wasn't expecting so much! The author has really made each word count, and she packs a whole lot into this shorter sized book. If you want a romance with a lot of passion and drama, this book is for you.
I was looking for a quick read, and boy did I find one. This book is funny, sad, and then funny again. So well written, a subject I never read, cancer! Hard to say that word, but I've been there, a survivor. I loved the was they loved each other so much that almost hated each orther.
Great story, great ending, a true find amoung so many books and more books.
Cute love story, lots of passion and feeling packed into a small package. The author was able to give you lots of information in a wonderful short story. Some short stories don’t give enough information or stops too soon. I did not feel deprived and will look for more books by this author. Story grabs you from page one and makes you want to read the entire story in one sitting.
